Filing & headroom

Incoming mains metering plus a pulse water meter. Produces the numbers your EED/EnEfG filing requires (PUE, WUE) and the numbers your growth requires (peak demand vs contracted capacity). Also watches the asset you cannot replace: fitted at the transformer LV side with a temperature sensor, it tracks loading and thermal stress on equipment with three-year replacement lead times.

Installation

When you buy outright, installation is a priced line, never a surprise: certified engineers, method statements, out-of-hours available. From £950 per site visit, quoted at reservation. On HaaS it is included in the bundle. Either way, QA sign-off is part of the job: it is how your data earns the Verified mark.

Kit + installation paid once, plus the annual monitoring subscription. Billing starts at commissioning, not at order.

HaaS

£0 upfront. Hardware, installation, connectivity, and monitoring bundled into one price, billed monthly over a 24–36 month term. HaaS is the one monthly number in our pricing, because it is financing, not a tier. Same rule: the meter starts the day your data flows.

Questions we always get

Do I need to touch my network?
No. The gateway carries its own connectivity; sensors talk to it by local radio.
Will installation interrupt operations?
No. CT clamps fit to live circuits. Assessment and installation take about a day, and the facility stays up throughout.
Whose hardware is it?
Established industrial LoRaWAN vendors: every device we ship is LoRaWAN Certified and CE marked, and pilot kits carry the original manufacturer's brand. What makes a reading NRGKit Verified is the data layer, not the sticker.
What if I only have bills, no sensors?
Start on the software tier today: filings and headroom from your bills. Hardware upgrades your figures from "reported" to "NRGKit Verified".
